H x 7 ft. The Gallery is not responsible for any delays or errors caused by third-party payment processors.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp dir=\"ltr\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003e1.5 Late Payment:\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003eIf payment is not received by the \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003e5th of the month\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003e, a \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003e$50 late fee\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003e will be added to the total due. Sales and Commission Structure\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp dir=\"ltr\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003e3.1 Gallery Commission:\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003eAll artwork sold through the Gallery will follow an \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003e80\/20 split\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003e, with \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003e80% to the Artist\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003e and \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003e20% to the Gallery\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003e.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp dir=\"ltr\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003e3.2 Custom Commissions:\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cul\u003e\n\u003cli dir=\"ltr\" aria-level=\"1\"\u003e\n\u003cp dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eIf a custom commission originates \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003edirectly through the Artist\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003e, the Artist retains \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003e100%\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003e of the sale.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli dir=\"ltr\" aria-level=\"1\"\u003e\n\u003cp dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eIf a custom commission is facilitated by the Gallery (from an existing Gallery client), the split is \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003e60% to the Artist \/ 40% to the Gallery\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003e.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003c\/ul\u003e\n\u003cp dir=\"ltr\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003e3.3 Payment for Sales:\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003eThe Gallery will pay the Artist their earnings on the \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003e1st of the month following the sale\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003e. Payment will be made via \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003eZelle\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003e, or by \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003echeck\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003e if necessary.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp dir=\"ltr\"\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003chr\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3 dir=\"ltr\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003e4. Insurance and Liability\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp dir=\"ltr\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003e4.1 Artist’s Responsibility:\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003eThe Artist is responsible for insuring their artwork (optional but recommended). Wall Space Usage and Marketing\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003ch3 dir=\"ltr\"\u003e\n\u003cspan\u003e5.1 Display Flexibility:\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003eThe Artist may refresh, rotate, or update their display at any time between \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003e12 PM and 6 PM\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003e, except on the \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003efirst Saturday of each month\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003e.\u003c\/span\u003e\n\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp dir=\"ltr\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003e5.2 Promotional Materials:\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003eArtists may display business cards, flyers, or QR codes on their wall, provided all materials are pre-approved by the Gallery.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp dir=\"ltr\"\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003chr\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3 dir=\"ltr\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003e6. General Terms\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp dir=\"ltr\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003e6.1 Installation Standards:\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003eArtists may use standard nails, hooks, or screws, but must not cause permanent damage to the walls.
