After working on the image a bit, I thought the interesting shapes and colors demanded a more dramatic presentation. The result is more abstract, with a close view of the plants apart from their water habitat. At the heart is a keen desire to create surprising and unique art often unrecognizable from how it is commonly seen. It begins with a natural light photo of objects or nature in which the artist foresees creative opportunity.
